FosB Antibody (PA5-115245) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of FosB in MCF-7 cells. Samples were treated with PFA, permeabilized in 0.1% saponin prior to blocking in 10% serum (45 min at 37°C), and incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115245) at a dilution of 1:400 (1 hr at 37°C). Secondary staining was applied with Alexa Fluor® 594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG using a dilution of 1:600.

Target Information
c-FOS is a nuclear phosphoprotein which forms a tight but non-covalently linked complex with the JUN/AP-1 transcription factor. It has a critical function in regulating the development of cells destined to form and maintain the skeleton, and is thought to have an important role in signal transduction, cell proliferation and differentiation.
