FZD1 Antibody (PA5-115257) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of FZD1 in rat liver tissue. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115257) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

Target Information
Members of the 'frizzled' gene family encode 7-transmembrane domain proteins that are receptors for Wnt signaling proteins. The FZD1 protein contains a signal peptide, a cysteine-rich domain in the N-terminal extracellular region, 7 transmembrane domains, and a C-terminal PDZ domain-binding motif. The FZD1 transcript is expressed in various tissues.
