NDE1 Antibody (PA5-115628) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of NDE1 in mouse brain tissue. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115628) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

Target Information
NDE1 is s a member of the nuclear distribution E (NudE) family of proteins. It is localized at the centrosome and interacts with other centrosome components as part of a multiprotein complex that regulates dynein function. NDE1 protein plays an essential role in microtubule organization, mitosis and neuronal migration. Mutations to the gene lead to Lissencephaly 4 (LIS4) and Microhydranencephaly (MHAC).
