Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1:10,000 dilution. Predicted band size : 39 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

Ribonucleotide reductase inhibitor is intrinsically disordered protein that binds to and inhibits Rnr2p. It is involved in the Mec1p-mediated checkpoint pathway. Transcription is induced by genotoxic stress and by activation of the Rad53p pathway. protein abundance increases in response to DNA replication stress.
