Western blot analysis of NYREN18 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with NYREN18 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-116879) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 300s.

Target Information
NYREN18 is a specific down-regulator of the NEDD8 conjugation system. It recruits NEDD8 and its conjugates to the proteasome for degradation. It also interacts with PSMD4/S5a, a member of the regulatory subunit of the 26S proteasome.
