SLC38A1 Antibody (PA5-117341) in WB
Western blot analysis of SLC38A1 in Unboiled HeLa whole cell and membrane extracts (30 µg). Samples were separated with 10% SDS-PAGE and incubated in SLC38A1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117341) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG. Detection was performed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
