Chikungunya Virus E1 Antibody (PA5-117442) in WB
Western blot analysis of Chikungunya Virus E1 in Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were separated with 10% SDS-PAGE and incubated in Chikungunya Virus E1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117442) using a dilution of 1:5,000, followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG.
