Product Specific Information
Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining, using a 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min. Following antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 10 min at room temperature. A suggested positive control is placenta tissue.
Target Information
RRM1 (Ribonucleotide reductase M1 polypeptide) is one of two non-identical subunits that constitute ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase, an enzyme which catalyzes the biosynthesis of deoxyribonucleotides from the corresponding ribonucleotides. It provides the precursors necessary for DNA synthesis. RRM1 is involved in carcinogenesis, tumor progression.
