ZRSR2 Antibody (PA5-35248) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of ZRSR2 in paraffin-embedded human prostate section. Samples were incubated with ZRSR2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35248) using a dilution of 1:25 followed by an undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary, followed by DAB staining.

This gene encodes an essential splicing factor. The encoded protein associates with the U2 auxiliary factor heterodimer, which is required for the recognition of a functional 3' splice site in pre-mRNA splicing, and may play a role in network interactions during spliceosome assembly.
