          Product Specific Information

In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human DLL-1 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat Notch-1 is observed.

Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

          Target Information

Delta-like protein 1 (DLL1) is a transmembrane protein characterized by epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats. It is a ligand for Notch receptor. It blocks the differentiation of progenitor cells into the B-cell lineage while promoting the emergence of a population of cells with the characteristics of a T-cell/NK-cell precursor.
