          Nogo-B Antibody (PA5-47807) in IHC (P)

Immunohistochemical analysis of Nogo-B in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human heart. Samples were incubated in Nogo-B polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47807) using a dilution of 3 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB ... Product Specific Information

In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Nogo-A and recombinant rat Nogo-A is observed.

Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

          Target Information

Nogo-B is a member of the reticulon-4 (RTN4) family of proteins, primarily localized to the endoplasmic reticulum and expressed in many tissues, especially vascular endothelial and smooth muscle cells. It plays a key role in regulating vascular remodeling, cell migration, and tissue repair by influencing cytoskeletal organization and signaling pathways. Unlike Nogo-A, which is known for inhibiting nerve regeneration, Nogo-B is more involved in maintaining vascular homeostasis and modulating inflammatory responses.
