FCGRT Antibody (PA5-47871) in WB
Western blot analysis of FCGRT in mouse liver tissue, mouse small intestine tissue, and mouse kidney tissue. Samples were incubated in FCGRT polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47871) using a dilution of 0.25 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. Specific bands were detected for FCRN at approximately 48 to 55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Target Information
FCGRT binds to the Fc region of monomeric immunoglobulins gamma. It mediates the uptake of IgG from milk. It plays a possible role in transfer of immunoglobulin G from mother to fetus.
