MTCP1 Antibody (PA5-49474) in WB
Western blot analysis of MTCP1 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with MTCP1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49474) using a dilution of 1:2,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Lane 1: mouse kidney lysates; Lane 2: human liver lysates; Lane 3: human kidney lysates. Predicted band size: 13 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

Target Information
This gene was identified by involvement in some t(X;14) translocations associated with mature T-cell proliferations. This region has a complex gene structure, with a common promoter and 5' exon spliced to two different sets of 3' exons that encode two different proteins. This gene represents the upstream 13 kDa protein that is a member of the TCL1 family. This protein may be involved in leukemogenesis.
