Western Blot analysis of TMEM254 was performed using Lane 1-4: Human heart tissue PC-3 cell Mouse heart tissue and Human cerebrum tissue lysates. The membrane was probed with TMEM254 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-67633) using a dilution of 1:300.Secondary antibody: Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1:8,000 dilution. Exposure time: 15 seconds.
