NDUFA1 Antibody (PA5-79724) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of NDUFA1 in Hela cells using NDUFA1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-79724). Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and incubated with the primary antibody at 5 µg/mL. Target Information
Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed not to be involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
