TSG101 Antibody (PA5-81094) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of Tsg101 was performed using 70% confluent log phase HeLa cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton™ X-100 for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Target Information
TSG101-4A10 recognizes TSG101 protein, the product of a recently identified Tumor Susceptibility Gene whose inactivation in mouse fibroblasts results in cell transformation and the ability of those cells to form tumors in nude mice. The TSG101 gene encodes a 46 kDa protein and contains a proline-rich domain and a leucine-zipper motif within a coiled-coil domain near the carboxyl terminus.
