RbAp48 Antibody (PA5-81538) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of RbAp48 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with RbAp48 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81538, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.

This antibody has specificity for Human RbAp48.
Target Information
RbAp48-11G10 recognizes full length RbAp48, a 48 kDa nuclear protein first isolated by its ability to interact with the carboxyl-terminus of the retinoblastoma protein (Rb). It is a member of the WD (Trp-Asp) repeat family of proteins. RbAp48 is one of the three subunits of CAF-1, can bind to histone H4 and is a subunit of human histone deacetylase HD1.
