THUMPD3 Antibody (PA5-87874) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of THUMPD3 in paraffin-embedded human liver cancer. Samples were incubated with THUMPD3 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-87874) using a dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

THUMPD3 a protein of unknown function. Its domain structure suggests that it is a methylase. It contains a THUMP domain (an RNA-binding domain) and a UPF0020 domain (putative methylase).
