Western blot analysis of PLZF in rat ovary extract (lane 1) and SKOV3 whole cell lysates (lane 2). Samples were incubated with PLZF polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-95359) using a 0.5 µg/mL dilution. developed was performed using enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL).

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: rat ovary tissue, SKOV3 whole cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
This gene is a member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and encodes a zinc finger transcription factor that contains nine Kruppel-type zinc finger domains at the carboxyl terminus. This protein is located in the nucleus, is involved in cell cycle progression, and interacts with a histone deacetylase. Specific instances of aberrant gene rearrangement at this locus have been associated with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL). Alternate transcriptional splice variants have been characterized.
