Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human A431 whole cell, human Hela whole cell, human MCF-7 whole cell, human Hacat whole cell, rat skin tissue, mouse Hepa1-6 whole cell. IHC: human rectal cancer tissue. ICC/IF: A431 cell, A549 cell. Flow: U20S cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
This gene encodes a cell cycle checkpoint protein. The encoded protein binds to translation and initiation factors and functions as a regulator of mitotic translation. In response to DNA damage this protein plays a role in preventing DNA errors during mitosis.
