CTAG1B Antibody (PA5-97250) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of CTAG1B in paraffin-embedded human testis. Samples were incubated with CTAG1B Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97250) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM Tris/EDTA buffer pH 8.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

The protein encoded by CTAG1B is an antigen that is overexpressed in many cancers but that is also expressed in normal testis. This gene is found in a duplicated region of the X-chromosome and therefore has a neighboring gene of identical sequence.
