NEURL1 Antibody (PA5-99662) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of NEURL1 in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with NEURL1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99662) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Target Information
NEURL is involved in the determination of cell fate in the neurogenic region of the embryo and plays a role in the determination of cell fate in the central nervous system. NEURL may act as a tumor suppressor whose inactivation could be associated with malignant progression of astrocytic tumors.
