Mit den Qubit 1x dsDNA-HS (High Sensitivity)- und Qubit 1x dsDNA-BR (Broad Range)-Assay-Kits erzielen Sie eine einfache, präzise und genaue dsDNA-Quantifizierung. Die 1x-Formulierung bietet eine gebrauchsfertige Arbeitslösung, die eine einfache dsDNA-Probenquantifizierung auf Qubit Fluorometern ermöglicht. Diese Assays sind für dsDNA über ssDNA, RNA, Protein und freie Nukleotide hochgradig selektiv. Kontaminanten wie Salze, Lösungsmittel oder Detergenzien sind gut verträglich.
Die für den Einsatz mit Qubit Fluorometern konzipierten Qubit 1x dsDNA-HS- und BR-Assay-Kits sind für doppelsträngige DNA (dsDNA) über einzelsträngige DNA (ssDNA), RNA, Protein und freie Nukleotide hochgradig selektiv. Alle Kits bieten eine gebrauchsfertige Arbeitslösung und DNA-Standards. Zum Durchführen des Assays einfach Ihre Probe (ein beliebiges Volumen von 1 bis 20 µl reicht aus) in die bereitgestellte 1x-Arbeitslösung verdünnen und anschließend die Konzentration mit einem Qubit Fluorometer ablesen.

Qubit 1x dsDNA-HS-Assay-Kit
Das Qubit dsDNA-HS (High Sensitivity)-Assay-Kit bietet bei Verwendung mit dem Qubit Fluorometer eine genaue und selektive Methode für die Quantifizierung empfindlicher DNA-Proben. Je nach Probenvolumen ist das Assay-Kit für die genaue anfängliche DNA-Probenkonzentration von 5 pg/µl bis 120 ng/µl konzipiert und bietet 0,1 bis 120 ng Nachweisbereich.

Qubit 1x dsDNA-BR-Assay-Kit
Das für den Einsatz mit Qubit 4 oder Qubit Flex Fluorometern entwickelte Qubit dsDNA-BR (Broad Range)-Assay-Kit bietet eine genaue und selektive Methode für die Quantifizierung von DNA-Proben. Je nach Probenvolumen ist das Assay-Kit genau für die anfängliche DNA-Probenkonzentration von 0,2 bis 4.000ng/µl ausgelegt und bietet 4 bis 4.000 ng Nachweisbereich.

• Qubit 1x dsDNA-HS ist mit den Fluorometern Qubit 2, Qubit 3, Qubit 4 und Qubit Flex verwendbar
• Qubit 1x dsDNA-BR ist für den Einsatz mit Qubit 4 und Qubit Flex Fluorometern vorgesehen
• Verwenden Sie dünnwandige, durchsichtige 0,5 ml-PCR-Röhrchen (Best.- Nr. Q32856) für das Qubit 4 Fluorometer und 8   200 μl-Röhrchenstreifen (Best.- -Nr. Q33252) für das Qubit Flex Fluorometer.

The storage conditions for the 1X dsDNA BR working solution are 18–28 degrees C (room temperature). When stored as directed, the kit contents are stable for at least 6 months from delivery date. The standards should still be kept in the fridge.

After mixing the sample or the standard with the working solution, the fluorescence signal is stable for 3 hours at room temperature when samples are protected from light, following the incubation period.
