Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (42%), Rat (42%).
This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-59758. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
MYADML2 (Myeloid-Associated Differentiation Marker-Like 2) is a poorly characterized protein believed to be related to myeloid cell biology, based on sequence homology and naming. There is limited experimental data on its precise function, but it may play a role in immune cell differentiation or signaling pathways. Overall, it remains largely unstudied, with its biological role not yet clearly defined.
