RP-77524 is native Proteoglycans Joint Cartilage protein purified from human samples.
RP-77524 may be used as a control with corresponding anti-Proteoglycans Joint Cartilage antibodies.
For Reconstitution a buffer of PBS or water with at least 150 NaCl is recommended. Incubate the solution at 4°C overnight. The next day, shake or vortex solution. After this store product at -80°C.
Target Information
Human Joint Cartilage Extract - Proteoglycans are purified from human articulate cartilage using Guanidine- HCl extraction, pepsin digestion, ethanol precipitation, potassium-acetate extraction, and chromatography.
