This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-60693. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

As a member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc finger protein family, ZNF329 (zinc finger protein 329) is a 541 amino acid nuclear protein that contains twelve C2H2-type zinc fingers through which it is thought to be involved in DNA-binding and transcriptional regulation.
