The RP-10909 protein is a recombinant protein suitable for use as a control in ELISA and Western blot applications.
Store lyophilized product at -20°C. Upon reconstitution, store at 4°C for 2-7 days or aliquot and store at -20°C. For long term storage add either HSA or BSA to 0.1%.
Reconstitute in sterile water to no less than 100 µg/mL.
Target Information
Prolactin (PRL) is a pituitary hormone involved in the stimulation of milk production, salt and water regulation, growth, development and reproduction. PRL exerts its influence on different cell types through a signal transduction pathway which begins with the binding of the hormone to a transmembrane PRL receptor.
