Version 21.1 of Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS connects to industry-leading statistical and calculation engines, giving scientists the ability to get deeper insights from their data and to make informed decisions. The updates include support for HL7 results format, connection to data analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI, and configurable analytical quality control (AQC) charts. Full text search of Electronic Lab Notebook
As well as a full text search of all Lab Notebook entries, SampleManager software 21.0 makes it possible to pull values out of instrument files and enter them into spreadsheet cells. They can then either become calculation parameters or results.
Integration to R for complex calculations
Statistical scripting capabilities allow SampleManager LIMS to use R Script to return calculated data, statistics and charts that can be included in dashboards, charts or reports. An out-of-the-box dashboard widget eases XY chart configuration.
Improved authentication
SampleManager LIMS 21.0. can connect to industry standard identity and access management systems including OAuth2.0, and can also be set up for multi-factor authentication.
Lite instrument PC sweeper
This simple data sweeper talks directly to the Rest API in SampleManager LIMS to find and parse out instrument values. The easy to set up service can also be used to trigger a workflow in SampleManager LIMS to perform actions such as sample login.
Review and approval
A specially designed module eases the QC sample review and approval process. The module provides authorized users with a clear overview of all samples awaiting review and leverages review by exception.
