Sensitivity

Delivering attogram-level sensitivity and best-in-class selected reaction monitoring (SRM) performance, the TSQ 9000 GC-MS/MS system consistently meets required detection limits as you run samples. Choose the rugged Thermo Scientific ExtractaBrite ion source or the ultra-sensitive, ultra-robust Thermo Scientific Advanced Electron Ionization (AEI) ion source, depending on your sensitivity needs.

Uptime

The TSQ 9000 GC-MS/MS system is specifically designed for complex sample matrices in high-throughput applications.  Whether you select the ExtractaBrite or AEI ion source, you benefit from high matrix tolerance, which minimizes maintenance. However, when maintenance is required, the NeverVent technology available with the ExtractaBrite ion source enables source cleaning, column replacement or injector maintenance without requiring downtime to vent the instrument, so more time can be spent producing results.

Ease of Use

Automated software for instrument tuning, method development, targeted quantification and untargeted screening workflows make the TSQ 9000 GC-MS/MS system easy to learn and enables quick transition to the TSQ 9000 GC-MS/MS system from other platforms.

Scalability

The TSQ 9000 GC-MS/MS system enables an upgrade path from the entry level to advanced configurations, allowing you to add new capabilities as your laboratory needs change.

Workflows

The intuitive Thermo Scientific Chromeleon Chromatography Data System (CDS) is available to support quantitative workflows and ready-to-use Thermo Scientific eWorkflows can be downloaded from the Thermo Scientific Appslab Library of Analytical Applications  to jump-start your method development. Thermo Scientific TraceFinder software helps make targeted and untargeted analyses in food, environmental and forensic toxicology applications simple and fast. For the analysis of dioxins in food, a full eWorkflow is available for easy implementation in any lab.
