Monitoring autophagy, tubulin and mitochondria in U-2 OS cells

U-2 OS cells were transduced with Premo™ Autophagy sensor LC3B-RFP (pink) and CellLight® Tubulin-GFP (cyan) and cultured overnight. The following day cells were treated with 60uM Chloroquine and cultured overnight. Cells were then counterstained with 50nM MitoTracker® Deep Red (orange) for 15 minutes at 37C washed in dye free media and labeled with 1ug/mL Hoeschst 33342 (red). Cells were imaged on a Zeiss LSM 710 confocal microscope.
