Mouse Anti-Alpha Tubulin Monoclonal Antibody (Cat. No. A11126)

Multicolor cytoskeletal staining of a bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cell. Actin filaments were detected using Texas Red®-X phalloidin (Cat. no. T7471). Tubulin was labeled with a primary antibody directed against a-tubulin (Cat. no. A11126) and visualized using green-fluorescent BODIPY® FL goat anti–mouse IgG (Cat. no. B2752). Nuclei were counterstained with blue-fluorescent DAPI (Cat. no. D1306, D3571, D21490).
