Bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells. FluoCells® prepared slide #1.

FluoCells® prepared slide #1 (Cat. no. F14780), consisting of bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells incubated with MitoTracker® Red CMXRos (Cat. no. M7512) to label the mitochondria. After fixation and permeabilization, the cells were stained with BODIPY® FL phallacidin (Cat. no. B607) to label the filamentous actin (Cat. no. F-actin) and finally counterstained with DAPI (Cat. no. D1306, D3571, D21490) to label the nucleus. The multiple-exposure image was acquired using bandpass filters appropriate for Texas Red® dye, fluorescein and DAPI.
