Bovine pulmonary endothelial cell. MitoTracker® Red CMXRos, SYTO® 16 nucleic acid stain, anti–bovine a-tubulin (mouse monoclonal) and Alexa Fluor® 350 goat anti–mouse IgG.

Bovine pulmonary endothelial cell in early prophase, stained with a combination of fluorescent dyes. The chromosomes were stained with SYTO® 16 green-fluorescent nucleic acid stain (Cat. no. S7578) and the mitochondria were identified with MitoTracker® CMXRos (Cat. no. M7512). Finally, the cytoskeleton was detected with mouse monoclonal anti–a-tubulin antibody (Cat. no. A11126), which was visualized using blue-fluorescent Alexa Fluor® 350 goat anti–mouse IgG (Cat. no. A11045). The multiple-exposure image was acquired using filter sets appropriate for Texas Red® dye, fluorescein and DAPI.
