Bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells. FluoCells® prepared slide #2.

FluoCells® prepared slide #2 (Cat. no. F14781) showing bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells probed with anti–bovine a-tubulin mouse monoclonal 236-10501 (Cat. no. A11126) and visualized with BODIPY® FL goat anti–mouse IgG (Cat. no. B2752). The actin filaments were then labeled with Texas Red®-X phalloidin (Cat. no. T7471) and the nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Cat. no. D1306, D3571). The multiple-exposure image was acquired using bandpass filters appropriate for Texas Red® dye, fluorescein and DAPI.
