The microtubules of fixed bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells were labeled with a mouse monoclonal anti–a-tubulin antibody (Cat. no. A11126), which was visualized with Alexa Fluor® 546 goat anti–mouse IgG antibody (Cat. no. A11003). The image was acquired using a bandpass filter set appropriate for rhodamine.
