Bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells that were fixed with acetone, treated with Triton X-100, incubated with biotin-XX phalloidin (Cat. no. B7474) and then developed for visualization with the ELF® Cytological Labeling Kit (Cat. no. E6603). Actin stress fibers were photographed through the ELF® filter set.
