Mouse 3T3 cells. Ethidium homodimer–1 and BODIPY® FL phallacidin.

Mouse 3T3 cells stained with ethidium homodimer–1 (Cat. no. E1169) and BODIPY® FL phallacidin (Cat. no. B607). The nucleic acids in these cells were stained red fluorescent by ethidium homodimer–1, whereas the actin filaments, probed with BODIPY® FL phallacidin, are green fluorescent. The image was photographed in a single exposure through an Omega Optical longpass filter appropriate for fluorescein.
