HeLa cells. Anti–bovine a-tubulin, Alexa Fluor® 633 goat anti–mouse IgG conjugate, Alexa Fluor® 680 phalloidin and DAPI.

The microtubules of fixed HeLa cells labeled with mouse monoclonal anti–a-tubulin antibody (Cat. no. A11126) and visualized using Alexa Fluor® 633 goat anti–mouse IgG (Cat. no. A21050), which is pseudocolored magenta. The filamentous actin (F-actin) was then labeled with Alexa Fluor® 680 phalloidin (Cat. no. A22286), which is pseudocolored purple. Finally, the DNA was stained with blue-fluorescent DAPI (Cat. no. D1306, D3571, D21490).
