Detection of cell proliferation by BrdU incorporation. 3T3 cells were pulsed with BrdU (Cat. no. B23151) for 30 minutes before fixation. BrdU incorporated into the DNA of proliferating cells was detected with an anti-BrdU antibody (Cat. no. A21300) that was labeled with the Zenon® Alexa Fluor® 488 Mouse IgG1 Labeling Kit (Cat. no. Z25002). The sample was mounted with Prolong® antifade mounting medium (Cat. no. P7481).
