CD64 Antibody (CL488-65572) in Flow
1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 5 µL Coralite® Plus 488 CD64 Recombinant Antibody (CL488-65572, Clone: 10.1) (right) or 5 µL CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human CD64 (10.1) (CL488-65253, Clone: 10.1) (left). Cells were then stained with APC Anti-Human CD11b (ICRF44) (APC-65116, Clone: ICRF44). Cells were not fixed. Monocytes were gated.

CD64 (FCGR1A) encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. CD64 is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor and is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. CD64 plays an important role in the immune response and its dysfunction has been studied in cervical adenitis and tetrasomy 21.
