CD64 Antibody (PE-65572) in Flow
1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD11b and 5 µL PE Anti-Human CD64 (10.1) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (PE-65572, Clone: 10.1), or PE Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (PE-65208, Clone: C1.18.4). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed.

CD64 (FCGR1A) encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. CD64 is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor and is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. CD64 plays an important role in the immune response and its dysfunction has been studied in cervical adenitis and tetrasomy 21.
