VGLUT2 Antibody (MA5-45508) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis using human neuroblastoma cells. Fixation involved 4% Formaldehyde for 15 min at RT. Samples were incubated with VGLUT2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-45508) at 1:100 for 60 min at RT, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse ATTO 488 at 1:200 for 60 min at RT. Target Information
VGLU2 mediates the uptake of glutamate into synaptic vesicles at presynaptic nerve terminals of excitatory neural cells. This protein may also mediate the transport of inorganic phosphate.
