This ABL1 F317I recombinant human protein (27–end) was expressed in insect cells. ABL1 tyrosine kinase is a member of the ABL family and has been implicated in wide range of cellular processes including: cell differentiation, cell division, cell adhesion, and stress response. The purified catalytic domain (27-end) of the ABL1 F317I mutant can be used in a number of different applications, but has been specifically validated for use with our Z’-LYTE™ assay technology to identify novel kinase inhibitors. ABL1 F317I recombinant human protein is also available in our
SelectScreen™ Kinase Profiling Service.
