PeproTech Recombinant Human IL-7 is a 17.4 kDa protein containing 152 amino acid residues.
PeproGMP IL-7 can be used with PeproGMP IL-15 in CTS NK-Xpander medium for natural killer (NK) cell differentiation from pluripotent stem cells.
Reconstitute using sterile water (i.e., WFI) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.

Target Information
Interleukin 7 (IL-7) is a hematopoietic cytokine that is constitutively produced by stromal cells from the bone marrow and thymus. IL-7 signals through the IL-7R to promote the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells to lymphoid precursor cells, which give rise to T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells.
