Die Thermo Scientific 96-Well Vollrand-Platten mit Barcode sind mit PCR- und qPCR-Anwendungen kompatibel. Das Design mit vollem Rand ist roboterfreundlich und ermöglicht automatisierte Prozesse. Die Well-Wände sind dünn für maximale Wärmeübertragung, und der Rand ist erhüht, um vor Verdunsten zu schützen.
An der H1-Position ist eine abgeschrägte Ecke und die Platte verwendet den Barcode 128 gemäß Industriestandard.

Barcode
Barcode 128 gemäß Industriestandard. Das Etikett selbst hält Temperaturen von -196 °C bis 120 °C stand, damit sich die Barcodes während des gesamten Arbeitsablaufs nicht von der Platte lösen. Außerdem verfügt es über eine spezielle Beschichtung, um das ‘Abreiben' des Codes während der Handhabung praktisch zu vermeiden. Die dualen Barcodes befinden sich auf der der Buchstaben- und Zahlenseite gegenüberliegenden Plattenseite.
