GABRD Antibody (MA5-27697) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of GABRD in human HaCaT cells. Sample was fixed with 100% cold methanol (10 minutes at -20°C), incubated with GABRD monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-27697) using a dilution of 1:100 (1 hour at RT), and followed by FITC Goat Anti-Mouse (green) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:50 (1 hour at RT).

This antibody was formerly sold as clone S151-3.
2 µg/mL of MA5-27697 was sufficient for detection of Delta1 GABA-A receptor in 10 µg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.|Detects approximately 55kDa.
Target Information
