iBind Flex Fluorescent Detection (FD) Solution is compatible with downstream fluorescent detection (e.g., infrared dual wavelength) and serves as a combined blocking, washing, and antibody diluent solution to process up to one midi blot, two mini blots, or six vertically cut strip blots when used with the iBind Flex Western Device and iBind Flex Cards. Each kit contains reagents sufficient for 10 midi blots or 20 mini blots.

iBind Flex Western System
The iBind Flex Western System offers automated western blot processing and can accommodate various blot formats including midi, mini, and vertically cut strips. Based on Sequential Lateral Flow (SLF) technology, all blocking, antibody incubation and washing steps during immunodetection are hands-free. Compared to manual methods, the iBind Flex Western System requires less primary antibody, enables reproducible results and is compatible with downstream detection protocols.
