Dry powder and AGT media packaging

Securitainer packages (20-830 g)
Securitainer packaging is available for small volume dry powder and AGT media, ranging from approximately 20 to 830 grams. The exact maximum fill volume is dependent on the bulk density of the powder.

Buckets (2–15kg)
Ropak Square Buckets are available for intermediate volume dry powder and AGT media, ranging from approximately 2 to 15 kilograms. The exact maximum fill volume is dependent on the bulk density of the powder.
Straight-sided and tapered drums (~50–125 kg)
Straight-sided and tapered drums are available for large volume dry powder and AGT media, ranging from approximately 50 to 125 kilograms. The exact maximum fill volume is dependent on the bulk density of the powder.
Large-volume kegs (Europe) (~50–150 kg)
Large-volume kegs are available in Europe for large volume dry powder and AGT media, ranging from approximately 50 to 150 kilograms. The exact maximum fill volume is dependent on the bulk density of the powder.

Liquid media packaging
Our products are designed to meet your specifications, including flexible BioProcess Containers (BPCs) in the size of your choice from 1 L to 2,000 L for liquid harvest, storage, and transportation. Liquid containers can be customized by size and configuration. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, our open architecture component strategy features a library of more than 1,000 qualified components. This allows you to optimize several aspects of your BPC, including support container, chamber size and porting, tubing size and style, and fittings and end treatments.
We offer expanded expertise in BPC film for bulk liquids. Get multiple proprietary BPC films in customizable types and sizes—only from Thermo Fisher Scientific.
- CX5-14 and Aegis5-14 films are validated for liquid fills and shipments from Grand Island, New York and Paisley, UK
- Extractables and leachables data package available for each film
- Customer-specified stability available as a fee for service
- Continued supply of liquids in existing orders in 9101 and BF1400 BPCs
