Our benchtop orbital shakers are designed for durability and flexibility in cell culture, solubility studies, extraction procedures, protein expression and many other applications.
We stand behind our shakers with an industry leading warranty that provides 2-year coverage on labor, 5 years on parts, and a full 10-year warranty on the drive mechanism.
Save time while optimizing resources by quickly and securely programing and monitoring shakers.
Unique sizes and wide temperature ranges provide orbital shakers suitable for a broad range of applications.
While you may only need incubated (heated) temperature ranges today, as your research evolves so may the needs of your shaker grow to require both incubated and refrigerated temperature ranges. We offer both temperature ranges in our benchtop shakers, so you can choose for tomorrow, today.
Incubated shakers can reliably hold temperatures from 5-10˚C above ambient temperature up to 60-80˚C (depending on the model). These heated shakers are primarily used for incubation of microorganisms or for cells derived from tissues for applications in life science and medical research, environmental science and monitoring, and production including cell products like DNA, RNA, proteins and antibodies, or production of virus or cells themselves.

Open air shakers are flexible in that they can be used on the benchtop in ambient conditions for mixing, staining, hybridization, washing for molecular biology, biochemistry and chemistry applications. But an open air shaker can also be used in a refrigerator or cold room for agitated stability tests or mixing, washing and staining of temperature sensitive proteins and chemicals. With a properly reinforced shelf, an open air shaker can be placed in a microbiological incubator or environmental chamber for liquid shaking incubation of insect, algae, plant or fish cells, or microorganisms.
