Where can I report a problem with my order?

Follow these steps to report a problem with an order you placed online:

  1. Sign in, click on Account, and Recent Orders at the top of the screen.
  2. Click on the order number, then on Report an Issue, located next to the items listed in the order.
  3. Explain the details of the problem you are experiencing.
